Over come them with Hypnotherapy and EFT
There are probably very few of us that don’t have an irrational fear or two even if its being a little scared of spiders or heights when looking down from a high point in a building. The majority of us will experience them at some point in our lives with hardly any impact.
However, when fears become so severe that they interfere with your normal life they are called phobias, which can lead you to limiting your opportunities in life. Complementary therapies such as EFT and Hypnotherapy can help you overcome your fears and phobias enabling you to get on with life.
Fears and phobias can be debilitating for that person, no matter how irrational they may seem to others.

How Hypnotherapy & EFT Can Help
Hypnotherapy is a gentle way of helping you to overcome your fear or phobia. Hypnotherapy works by inducing you in a sense of deep relaxation with your attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. These suggestions help you regain control and allow you to make the necessary changes to habits and behaviours.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a soothing and relaxing therapy, is very simple to use and an effective self help healing tool where it is capable of dramatically reducing physical pain, emotional pain, erasing limiting beliefs and habitual mental patterns, usually very quickly and without the need for drugs or needles. EFT allows you to be in control, you can use it anywhere at any time and usually works when nothing else will. “The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”.
Inner Repatterning is a gentle approach that can clear issues without having to go into them, analyise them. Inner RePatterning is an approach that works via the bodies energy system and the power of Intention. It is a tapping therapy developed from EFT.
It is normal and even helpful to experience fear in dangerous situations. Fear is an adaptive human response. It serves a protective purpose, activating the automatic “fight-or-flight” response. With our bodies and minds alert and ready for action, we are able to respond quickly and protect ourselves. However when that intense fear or phobia changes and just thinking about it or the situation makes you feel anxious or the terror is overwhelming and automatic, allows you understand your phobia and is the first step to overcoming it. You can overcome your anxiety and fear, no matter how out of control it feels.
FEAR OF PUBLIC SPEAKING is one of the most common fears. People may be comfortable speaking inside a room but when it becomes public speaking, fear enters in the form of suspicion that whether the words uttered are correct or incorrect because there are many to judge it.
Time to give the speech of your life?
Imagine that feeling of control and confidence…
FEAR OF FLYING or AEROPHOBIA
Excessive worry about air travel, it is believed that effects one in ten of the population. Fear of flying can be linked to the fear of aeroplanes or it could be an aspect of other psychological problems such as panic attack or claustrophobia. Fear of flying often causes increased anxiety and panic attacks at the thought of flying and many avoid air travel as a result of this, which can lead to missed opportunities, both professionally and to see family and friends.
